Use of Product
Fly Away BMS is a bird repellent pesticide registered with the US Environmental Protection Agency. As such, federal law requires Fly Away BMS be used in accordance to the manufacturer’s instructions on the label. Purchase of Fly Away BMS products constitutes acknowledgement and commitment by the purchaser to ensure compliance with this requirement and to use the product(s) in accordance with labeled instructions.
Fly Away BMS ingredients are foodstuffs for either humans or animals. However, Fly Away BMS in not intended for consumption of by either humans or animals. The purchaser of Fly Away BMS agrees to take any and all measures appropriate to ensure the product(s) cannot be ingested by either humans or animals.
Our Contract
Products presented on the Fly Away BMS website are available for sale within the United States of America. When you place an order to purchase a product(s) through Fly Away BMS's website, your order constitutes an offer to purchase Fly Away BMS product(s) and agreement with the Terms of Use listed on this page. After review of your offer, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and details of your order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you. Your contract is with Hillshire Distributors, LLC.
Returns
Fly Away BMS gladly accepts returned products within 30 days of delivery without question. The returned product has to be in its original, unopened package. Simply contact us at CustomerService@FlyAwayBMS.com or call us on 1-833-4-FlyAway for return information. Upon receipt of the product, we will promptly credit your credit/debit card for the 100% of the cost of the product and any applicable taxes. Please send unopened products to:
